I got a new cel phone. It took two hours to get it. Once you put your name in for service, I told him which phone I wanted (I did my research) and for the next 115 minutes, they had to put all the information and set up the phone. I can't believe it took so long! I long for the day when a cel phone will just be an extension of your home phone.
